School Vacation
Kids in grades K-5, join Windham Parks & Recreation for fun school vacation days of games, crafts and trips to local destinations like Smitty's, Spare Time and Seacoast! We’ll start off most days with gym games, crafts and outdoor play at the Town Hall gym and park. We will have lunch and head out to the local destination for the afternoon!

April
Date: Thursday, April 18
Time: 9:00am - 4:00pm 
Location: Windham Town Hall Gym
Trip: Jungle Adventure - Indoor glow in the dark mini golf! 
Fee: $50 per person 
Lunch/Pack: Please bring a lunch, water bottle, sneakers for gym games & appropriate clothes for outside play
Registration closes Monday, April 15th

Date: Friday, April 19
Time: 9:00am - 4:00pm 
Location: Windham Town Hall Gym
Trip: Smitty's Movie
Fee: $50 per person 
Lunch/Pack: Please bring a water bottle, sneakers for gym games & appropriate clothing for outdoor play. Lunch provided - Burger or hotdog, fries, popcorn & a drink!
Registration closes Monday, April 15th

If space allows, a late fee will be applied if registering after the registration deadline.

Additional Program Information
  • Informational email will be sent to parents before each program begins. Your email must be on your account and opted into email notifications to receive the informational email.
  • Transportation will be provided by RSU14. If for some reason a bus can not be facilitated, we will stay at the Town Hall and have a special activity for that day. Parents will be notified by email if the trip is cancelled.
  • Please complete any waivers that may be needed to participate in the activity. Waivers can be found below.
  • Participants that require to take medication during the program (including an EPIPEN or inhaler) are required to provide a Parent/Guardian's Request to Administer Medication form.
  • Participants may be dropped off at the Town Hall gym between 9:00-9:30am and picked up no later that 4:00pm.
  • All participants should bring a water, bag lunch and snacks for the day (lunch may be provided on some trips, see program info above), and appropriate footwear and clothes for indoor and outdoor play.
  • Program policies can be found below, which included a phone number to reach a Windham Parks & Recreation staff member during the program.
  • If your child can no long attend the program and you need to cancel, please contact the Parks & Recreation office so we can accommodate anyone who might be on the waiting list.
