Reservation Information
  • Must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation at the community park.
  • Skatepark reservations are not available. 
  • Reservation requests may be requested online or a printable Community Park Reservation Request Application & Contract is available.
    • Reservations will be included on the community calendar.
    • Making a reservation request does not guarentee a reservation until approved by Windham Parks & Recreation, received confirmation/permit e-mail and the reservation fee has been paid.
  • Reservation User Types:
    • Private Users
      • Payment required after reservation request is approved by the Parks and Recreation Department.
      • Can only reserve one court (Volleyball or Basketball/Pickleball) at a time.
    • Public Users (Windham organizations, recreation groups, etc.)
      • May be invoiced after reservation if desired.
      • May be required to provide proof.
  • Reservation Fees
    • Pavilion Rental: $20/hour resident, $30/hour non-resident
    • Court Rental: $10/hour resident, $15/hour non-resident ($5/$10 with pavilion rental)
    • Equipment rental: $15/day (see below)
  • Equipment Rentals 
    • Must be at least 18 years to rent equipment for reservations.
    • Basketballs, volleyballs and pickleball equipment is available for reservations for an additional $15 fee.
    • Equipment must be picked up at the Parks & Recreation office prior to reservation during regular business hours and returned to the office in a timely manner.
    • Renters are responsible for all equipment and will be charged an additional fee for any lost, broken, or damaged equipment.
