Let's face it, as we get older things don't work like they used to. We don't seem as strong as we once were and balance and falling can be a concern. As a way to help, we have put together 3, 4-week fitness challenges, each targeting a different goal.
**February's Challenge we will be incorporating Resistance Bands into your weekly workouts for Strength Building.
**March Challenge will be walking and keeping track of your steps.
Fitness Challenge # 1 Stretching & Balance
Dates: Jan 3 - Jan 28 Please register by 12/27 for Challenge #1
Fitness Challenge #2 Strength Building
Dates: Feb 1 - Feb 28 Please register by 1/24 for Challenge #2
Fitness Challenge #3 Endurance
Dates: March 7-April 1 Please register by 3/1 for Challenge #3
In order for you to receive the participation packet, registration is required a week in advance.
Prizes for each Challenge Top Scorers. All who complete the 3-month program will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing at the end of March.
